Measure. Manage. Perform.

Our software products are used by thousands of users all over the world and we have developed high levels of customer satisfaction. Even under peak usage, we have unusually low outage times with our software. Errigal goes through a severe regression test software process with our test servers, using simulators before any software is released to production systems.
In our custom software development projects, we never consider a requirements document to be the only source of input. We constantly work with the end users throughout the development cycle to ensure that the correct needs are being met. We deliver a prototype of the product as early as possible so that end users can give further input before the final product is delivered. In our software products we have had many years to develop robust and live-network tested software.
A typical modern telecom network may have up to a dozen different major equipment vendors represented. This leads to a dilemma known as the "Multi-Vendor" problem. Each vendor brings a different software solution to the table that fails to talk to any of the other vendor's software application. Sometimes exactly the same information needs to be entered into two or more software applications, leading to unnecessary work and scope for data-fill errors. Errigal has specialized in solving the "Multi-Vendor" problem by communicating to each of the vendor's equipment independently using auto-discovered information, and building a normalized centralized database representing the entire network. Along the way, we fix network errors and create a completely accurate, automatically audited picture of you network based on information found in the equipment itself.

Live Integrated Network (LID).
LID talks to all major devices in a wireless network across all vendors to build a centralized database. LID draws pictures of your network, audits your network (nightly) and in many cases tells you how to fix problems. Network Engineers and RF engineers depend heavily on the data that LID gathers to make large- and small-scale changes to networks, knowing that the data is 100% accurate.

IDEN Network Configuration Tool (Scotty).
Scotty is a workflow and network design tool. If differs from other workflow tools in that it discovers data from the actual network devices. This data gives Scotty users a live representation of the network before, during, and after any changes are made. Additionally, Scotty tracks and validates all changes against the network configuration to ensure accuracy and to prevent errors. Scotty has been used to implement millions of work order changes to networks worldwide and has prevented over 50,000 errors from entering commercial wireless networks.
